Identify a broad set of potential targets and pre-screen for fit with criteria prior to contacting

Contact potential targets to determine willingness to sell and confirm fit with acquisition criteria and company culture

Develop a short list of preferred acquisition candidates

Present and negotiate LOI with the strategic targets

Coordinate the due diligence and transaction closing process
